About the event
It is important to get to the real items that affect an organisation from a People & workforce perspective. Much has been said and reports issued about a post-Covid and digital world, but some real questions that should be pondered and discussed are:
- Where are we seeing tensions in employee relations in a flexible work environment and increased freelance vs agency workforce?
- In the media age, how is messaging about change/stability cascading and affecting the organisational climate?
- With economies being squeezed, are businesses prioritising growth and stability over the sustainability agenda?
